Who We Are

The Institute's founder, James V. Talano MD, MM, FACC is a internationally recognized expert in the field of non-invasive cardiology with broad experience in cardiovascular care and management.

Mahmoud Adam, MD, FACC is a recognized expert in non-invasive cardiology having recently joined the Institute after practicing for many years in affiliation with the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. 

Dr. Peter Foster, Dr. Sajan Rao, and Janet Sparker PA-C, RN have also recently joined the practice as new associates.

 

Sue Yaklich MA has been with the Institute since its inception and is very knowledgable in the principles & therapeutic approaches of the practice.  She sees patients for coagulation clinic, blood pressure & weight checks.

Lume Shuaipi has joined the practice from NCH and Physician's Regional Medical Center.  After 12 years of general practice in Albania she has come to the United States to work in the medical field.  She is well experienced in electrocardiography and arrhythmias of the heart.

What We Do

Established in January of 2005, the Institute is an exciting new concept promoting wellness through early detection and management of cardiovascular disease.  The practice uses traditional high-quality diagnostic testing and early interventional and pharmacologic treatment methods associated with lifestyle changes.
